Automated Emails: Digital Works Pro-Max will send two automatically generated email responses.
1st Email when the order is successfully uploaded
2nd Email when the order is completed ready for delivery or Pick-up.
Failure to receive these emails is most commonly caused by an incorrect or invalid email address, but can also be caused by spam filtering / upload errors.
Our aim for standard printing only is:
Print orders which are fully uploaded prior to 12 noon Monday to Friday are ready for pickup after 4:30pm or Express Posted same day, work load permitting.
